Geoduck

The newest addition to our farms is the largest burrowing clam in the world. The Geoduck is also one of the longest-living animals with the oldest recorded at 168 years old. The name Geoduck is derived from the Native American Lushootseed word gʷídəq.  The most delicious part of this clam is the siphon because it contains the majority of the meat with a tasty flavor and hearty texture.
